Primary Care + Functional Medicine

NNPA offers both services in one package fee.  This package fee includes all the benefits of being a Primary Care patient with complete one on one care, screenings and vaccine recommendations/update, as well as the complete Functional Medicine service.

If you have not had a Physical exam in the last year (that included complete blood work and screening recommendations for your age group) we recommend that you start with this service first with scheduling.  This will establish the Relationship Based Primary Care aspect and assure you have been properly screened and your care has been updated per the standard of the care.  This will allow us to know as providers that we need to dig deeper into the root cause analysis and can move from conventional care to advanced testing.  If you are struggling with “gut” issues and you have had a complete Physical Exam within the last year and/or already seen specialists for this reason then we suggest you start with Functional Medicine first in scheduling.  The gut biome testing is one of the longer tests to complete.

By joining our practice for both services, we are aware of the financial and time commitment you are making up front to us.   We offer a discount for this reason at the time of sign up when choosing this package service.   Once registered for our Portal you will be able to view these package Agreements and all questionnaires needed to complete for these appointments.  If you are ready for our care, then please contact the Administrative team either through the patient Portal, phone or the Contact Us page for current package fee rates.  We will not charge you or confirm an appointment until you have agreed to the fee, and reviewed everything needed for your first appointment.   We look forward to meeting you and being a partner in your health and health transformation.
