Cancellation Policy

Friendly reminder: Our practice focuses on trips that need consultation for trip advice, prescriptions and vaccines for trips 2 weeks or longer. We do not offer refunds for our pre-travel consultations. However, an appointment can be rescheduled in case of emergency within 30 days of purchase. If you are looking to receive a specific vaccine in less than 3 days, or need a same-day appointment we will not be able to accommodate your request on such short notice. Most patients can be seen within 1 week of scheduling and completing forms.  Please contact the office before making this payment if unsure.
